Scholarship

The Indiana Transfer Council will be awarding two (2) $1000 scholarships (non-renewable) to an undergraduate student transferring from a two-year college to a four-year college or university (1 scholarship) and to a student transferring from a four-year college or university to another four-year institution (1 scholarship) for the 2025-26 academic school year. This is a one-time award that will be paid directly to your college or university and will be paid upon the disclosure of your student ID number and completion of the first two weeks of your first semester in college.

 

Students transferring from an out-of-state college or university are eligible to apply for this award as long as they meet the residency requirement and are attending an Indiana school for the 2025-26 academic school year.

Students must meet the following requirements:

1. Be an Indiana resident;

2. Have a college GPA of 2.5 by the end of Spring 2025 term;

3. Have completed at least 12 credits by the end of Spring 2025 term;

4. Be accepted to an Indiana four-year college for the 2025-26 academic school year;

5. Be attending college full-time.

2. Essay (no more than 400 words) with the topic: How this scholarship will impact your educational pursuit;

3. Unofficial Transcript.

All materials must be received by 5 PM (ET) on July 1, 2025. This is a blind review and we encourage you to omit any information in your essay that might indicate your identity, including the college or university you plan to attend. Each application packet will be assigned a number before being sent to the committee for review.

If you are awarded this scholarship, you will be asked to provide final transcripts and enrollment information prior to disbursement of funds.
